How much does it cost?
Experiences start from 80€ per person for groups of 4 or more. The final price depends on the menu, the number of guests and the location. Get in touch for a personalised quote with no obligation.
What about cleaning up afterwards?
You won’t have to lift a finger. I’ll handle the prep, the cooking, and the cleaning before I leave. All you need to do is relax and enjoy the evening with your friends or family.
Do I need to provide any kitchen gear or equipment?
I will bring all my own professional kit and essential equipment. As long as there’s a working stove and oven, I’ve got the rest covered. I’m also happy to pop by your place beforehand to see if I need to bring anything extra to make sure the night runs perfectly.
What about vegans or people with allergies?
That isn’t a problem. Just let me know when we’re chatting. I can easily tweak my recipes or prep specific vegan dishes so everyone gets to enjoy the full Caribbean flavour safely.
Is your food really spicy?
Not all food is spicy. Authentic Caribbean cooking emphasises deep flavour, not just heat. I use Jamaican spice blends for delicious, aromatic dishes without overwhelming heat. If you want more heat, I offer my signature hot sauces on the side for you to add as desired.
What about drinks? Do you help with wine?
If you’re not sure what to buy, ask. I can suggest and bring along some great local wines that I know pair perfectly with the flavours of my food. It saves you a trip to the shop and means you get the right match for your dinner.
Do you only do dinner, or can you help with breakfast too?
I’m more than happy to help start your day right! If you’d like a chef-prepared breakfast or a relaxed Caribbean brunch at your villa, just let me know. It’s a great way to enjoy the morning by the pool without anyone having to worry about the cooking or the cleanup.
Do you need to see the kitchen first?
If you are uncertain about the space, I am pleased to visit your villa or premises in advance. This allows me to assess the setup and determine if any additional equipment is necessary to ensure a seamless experience during the event.
